I am shocked that the unions have accepted 1.5% for 2020 and 2021, because inflation is 2% and we are on the brink of economic recession… I know it`s too little too late, and in 2018 and 2019, there are slight wage increases, but always… The information on this website relates to public service employees for whom the Employers` Council is the Treasury. I suspect they are waiting for the new scales to be put in place before they go online.

The latest information that is out there (note, I`m with PIPSC, so I don`t have access to the PA group at PSAC) is that you people are preparing for possible strike action: psacunion.ca/government-walks-away-pre-election-deal and psacunion.ca/treasury-board-bargaining-strike-timeline as/u/themonkeymafia published, they are still negotiating. They failed to get a deal before the writing was dropped, so a stop on everything. And until the new cabinet is formed and a new mandate is given to THE TBS negotiators, nothing will happen. . Note that there are many steps between where you are and possible strikes.
