Landlord Lease Agreement California

This California rental application is useful for homeowners to help them check new applicants before they can rent their property. This application orders the potential tenant to fill in their name, birthday, social security number, driver`s license number, lease history, employment history, credit history, vehicles currently in possession and other personal information.
