Lately there has been plenty of opportunity to talk about the bad behavior of a restaurant owner. It brought to mind a few habits that I have seen in restaurant managers in the past. I sat down to write a list of seven very obvious tendencies that rob managers of their effectiveness. This is a fairly brief post because most of these should not require much explanation. Take a look through the list and if you recognize any of these habit, correct them at once.
